Управление давлением наддува

На очередном этапе развития прошивки j7es, начиная с версии j7es_v17.3, был реализован алгоритм управления давлением наддува с помощью клапана вестгейт (Wastegate). В основе алгоритма управления лежит принцип штатного турбонаддува Subaru, хорошо описанный по ссылке "Принцип функционирования штатного турбонаддува на Subaru".
 

Управление соленоидом наддува реализовано на канале управления адсорбером - 46 пин колодки ЭБУ. На машине возможна установка одновременно только одного из исполнительных механизмов - адсорбера или соленоида наддува. Комплектация выбирается с помощью соответствующих флагов. Управление клапаном построено на основе широтно-импульсной модуляции (ШИМ).  

В качестве соленоида управления наддувом может применяться стандартный клапан продувки адсорбера.

 Период ШИМ составляет 64 мс. Базовыми переменными алгоритма управления наддувления наддува являются: значение желаемого избытка, будем называть его TARGET_BOOST и соответствующая степень открытия соленоида вестгейт Wastegate Duty Cycle (WGDC). Алгоритм используя 3D таблицу "Желаемого давления наддува" от оборотов/дросселя определяет целевое давление (TARGET_BOOST) для текущей рабочей точки. Далее происходит расчет ошибки буста, с использованием значения текущего давления с ДАД.

BOOST_ERROR = PRESS - TARGET_BOOST. Ошибка может быть как положительной - наблюдается передув и необходимо большее открытие соленоида управления наддувом, так и отрицательной - детектируется недодув и следует прикрыть соленоид, чтобы больше выхлопных газов попадало на крыльчатку горячей части турбины.

И так мы подошли к этапу расчета периода открытия соленоида наддува:

WGDC = (INITIAL_WGDC * GEAR_CORR * TAIR_CORR + TURBO_DYNAMICS) * THR_CORR - DET_CORR, где INITIAL_WGDC - базовый Wastegate Duty Cycle, GEAR_CORR - коррекция по передаче, TAIR_CORR - коррекция по Твоздуха, TURBO_DYNAMICS - компенсация по BOOST_ERROR, THR_CORR - коррекция по дросселю, DET_CORR - коррекция по детонации. То есть, высокий WGDC означает то, что wastegate будет в закрытом состоянии дольше, таким образом, создастся больше буста.

TURBO_DYNAMICS - это долговременная коррекция WGDC по ошибке буста, ограниченная снизу и сверху значением из соответствующих 2D таблиц от оборотов.

Для быстрого выхода турбины на буст реализована схема удержания соленоида управления наддувом полностью открытым со следующими условиями: флагами управления выбирается тип переходной зоны - от оборотов или от давления. Для всех рабочих точек по оборотам или давлению ниже начальной границы переходной зоны выставляется полное закрытие соленоида - для быстрого выхода на буст, для точек внутри переходной зоны выполняется пропорциональный расчет степени открытия соленоида от полного открытия (100%)  до расчитанного значения WGDC, для точек выше верхней границы - используется расчитанное значение WGDC.

Для предотвращения разрушения ДВС в следствии постоянного передува введено условие отсечки топливоподачи по превыщению порогового давления. Регулируется соответствующей калибровкой из группы калибровок "Отключения топливоподачи".

Значения TARGET_BOOST, WGDC и TURBO_DYNAMICS добавлены в расширенный диагностический запрос прошивки j7es.
